Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Contact us to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective.
  • We may request photos of the item to assist with your claim.
